Ann Patchett

I just wanted to second Jen's enthusiasm for Ann Patchett. I had read Bel Canto a few years ago and loved it. Jen had given me The Magician's Assistant when she left Boston (one of the benefits of living around the corner from her-- and I also got some plants that are still living). I read the The Magician's Assistant a few weeks ago, and The Patron Saint of Liars this past weekend. I haven't read Run but I'll get it out of the library soon.
